Rajesh Salway and his wife Dr Sandhya are the pioneers in introducing DMIT in Maharashtra since early 2011 and are founder-directors at Brainmark Dermatoglyphics Private Limited. 

Rajesh is one among just a few, who initiated DMIT Business in India when it was a new concept. Establishing the theory of the connection between fingerprints and the brain in layman's mind was not an easy job, but the results from each report were so fascinating that the couple continued to spread the awareness across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu with the help of franchisees.  

So far they have done more than 19,000 students counseling through the program. He has established 34 channel offices and was instrumental in getting DMIT into over 180 schools. 

Rajesh's most rewarding experience has been assisting thousands of students in choosing the right career path that is most suitable to their academics and personality.  Rajesh has been a DMIT Master Trainer for over twelve years and is a qualified MBA (Marketing) and EQ Fellow (6Sec, USA). 

Dr Sandhya Salway, a Clinical Psychologist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Garbh Sanskar Expert, is by his side.  Rajesh's typical clients are school and college students and their parents. In a quest for excellence, Rajesh’s mission is to use DMIT to assess, identify and educate individuals on various abilities, personalities, relationships, skills and behavior.
